Exotic Pet Care
While we do not see primates or venomous reptiles, Dr. Skelley can help you with most other exotic pets. Dr. Skelley will see red foxes and similar exotic pets, if the following criteria are met:
2. provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations
3. if not vaccinated, must receive up-to-date vaccinations from us or elsewhere before we can provide any other treatment
We will refer injured native wildlife (non-pets) such as raccoons, possums, squirrels, etc. to the University of Tennessee (UT) Small Animal Hospital for treatment. If you have an exotic pet or injured wildlife and you need more guidance or information, please call us at (865) 947-0437. We are happy to help.
