We are happy to welcome you and your pets to Emory Animal Hospital. For your convenience, you may print and complete the new client form (below) and bring it to your first appointment. You may also print our coupon for a free wellness exam (below) to redeem at your first appointment (restrictions apply – listed on coupon). Also, please bring your pet’s recent veterinary and vaccination records to help us serve you better.

Appointment Policies

To ensure ample time for thorough patient care and treatments, we operate primarily by scheduled appointments. Emergencies take precedence, which can cause an occasional delay of scheduled appointments while we perform life-saving measures.We always make a sincere attempt to see clients at their scheduled appointment times. If you have scheduled an appointment, surgery, and know in advance that you will not be able to keep it, kindly call and let us know so we can offer that time to another client.

For your convenience, drop-off service is available with advanced scheduling. A dropoff appointment means that you will drop your pet off in the morning for a routine or diagnostic visit. After the doctor and staff have examined your pet and completed any treatments needed during the day, you will receive a call that your pet is ready for pickup. Your pet might be here for several hours, as we work in our drop-offs between scheduled appointments and surgeries. There is no added charge for drop-off service.

We ask for people to call when they arrive, and wait outside or in their vehicle due to limited space inside.

We ask for deposits for new client appointments and spay/neuter surgeries, call for details.

Patient Policies

Patient Policies

For the safety of your pets and our other clients, we require that all dogs be leashed and properly controlled while in our hospital. Cats must be presented in a pet carrier or on a harness with leash. Exotic pets must be presented in a suitable carrier.

For the safety of your pet and yourself, we require that you allow our professional technicians to restrain your pet while our doctor performs examinations and treatments.

Payment Policies

Payment Policies

We require full payment when services are rendered. We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, CareCredit, and Scratchpay. We do not accept checks. For your convenience, you may apply for CareCredit or Scratchpay at the image links below.
